The Process
Before scheduling an appointment with our architects we ask that you isolate your dream home ideas and compile any thoughts or main focuses that really catch your interest in a home. If home buyers come prepared with ideas in mind, the initial meeting with run more smoothly and time will be used more efficiently.
During your meeting with the architects, It is important that we indulge those interests and find a fit that is right for your lifestyle. They will analyze your optimal room usage in accordance with your lifestyle needs. Bob Schmitt Homes is not in the business of constantly revamping a handful of plans, but rather focuses on the individual customer to create a home that best fits your needs.
After meeting with the architects, your ideas will be brought to life in a custom drawing complete with preliminary pricing. When you decide on the aforementioned steps, adjustments can be made and a contract can be prepared.
Throughout the design process, there is no fee or obligation to our client. If we cannot come to an agreement for meeting our customer's design and pricing needs, they are free to walk away with our best wishes that they find what they are looking for. We are very good at what we do and hold a great deal of confidence in our architect's ability to design your home within a budget that you can afford.
